Kristie Chow is a creative producer and public historian exploring Chinese food in America as a lens into migration, memory, and identity. She is the author of The Buried Archive of Cantonese American Cooking and the creator of The American Chinese Food Show on YouTube. She is currently developing a documentary series on the legacy of Chinese restaurants in California.

Stephanie Cisneros is a Senior Preservation Planner with the San Francisco Planning Department. Over the past 5 years with the City, Stephanie has been involved with various preservation projects including, but not limited to, the Legacy Business Program and implementing the City’s Vintage Sign Program. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Cal State LA and a Master’s in Heritage Conservation from the University of Southern California.
