Kiah McCarley is a project manager and designer from the Bay Area. After leaving home to receive her Masters in Architectural Design, she returned to California and practiced architectural and urban design at local firms before moving on to work for the City of San Francisco’s Community Economic Development Team. Kiah manages the SF Shines grant programs. The SF Shines program goals are to provide small businesses with technical and financial support to complete storefront improvement projects. SF Shines has provided tens of thousands of grant dollars to San Francisco businesses to repair their vintage neon sign or create a new neon sign.
