Jim Rizzo of Neon Works is a master sign maker who has been rescuing and restoring Bay Area neon signs for decades. He also makes new neon signs and his Oakland shop is one of the few sign shops in the Bay Area with a primary focus on neon.  Jim is an in-kind sponsor of Neon Speaks and advisor to SF Neon restoration projects.  Jim opens his shop once in a blue moon for demos and tours of his collection.
